here !! Who is this?? Why it is the Fire Chief, along with others,
peeling apples to make our delicious Apple Butter. This year we peeled
200,000 of them and made 415 gal. of the Apple Butter

| Here are the important Folks, the ladies!! They are the ones that, for the most part, clean up the peeled apples, removing any left on skin, and any seeds not removed. The Apple Butter would not be so good if that stuff was left in. It can't hurt either to have their sweetness added to the Butter! |  |
